Reiki is the name given by Dr.Usui in the 1800's in Japan,to describe the method of healing that he discovered after gathering over a period of many years ancient sacred texts from all over the world.Reiki is believed to use the same methods as the hands on healing which Jesus and the Buddha employed to help the many people of their times.

Rei-Ki actually means spiritual wisdom (REI) and life energy (KI). You and all living things have a life force energy.When you receive Reiki - by the laying on of hands by the healer- each of your Chakra or energy centres are being balanced or energised in order to facilitate a boost in the body's own immune system. You will also receive the love and life-force from the healer thus inducing a sense of happiness and positivity.

This therapy is best received over 3 one hour sessions but of course can be taken as an individual session or continue over as many sessions as required. It is so lovely to give and receive that you will enjoy weekly therapies.

Indian Head Massage is incredibly invigorating and includes deep manipulation of the scalp and intense massage of the neck and shoulder area .Fanatastic especially if you spend long hours at work sitting at a computer!
