Positively Blooming holistic courses and individual coaching aims to build up strategies and exercises to create a relaxed and positive pregnancy experience for mother and her baby. As the hormone Relaxin causes instability in joints during pregnancy and for upto 6 months afterwards, it is vital to maintain good posture and core stability.

Using very gentle exercises to encourage core strength for the body and the pelvic floor we will also work with breath work, energy, meditation and creative visualisation to encourage a healthy,positive and stress-free mind and a calmer baby after birth. These techniques are especially effective after the birth postnatally and thus are invaluable in helping with the post partum blues and creating a balanced, happy life.

These classes are led by an experienced, qualified exercise instructor with specialist training in Ante and Postnatal exercise. 

Reiki can also be given if required in the second or third trimester, if desired.
