I have thus created these small,informal and fun classes in South East London to teach you, through the mediums of discussion, meditation, creative visualisation and gentle breathwork a new way of simply being whilst encouraging greater confidence and awareness within you.
By teaching you strategies of self reflection, self esteem, awareness, positivity, empowerment and of course intent, you will experience the power of shared energy and wisdom and create a better live.
This is a small but friendly class where trust and respect are doorways to sharing and dealing with various experiences and emotions and group meditation is powerful and safe.You get out what you are prepared to put in and more!
