Hope that you are all well and staying positive. What a lovely change to see some sun and feel a little warmer this week-I hoped it raised your spirits as it has raised mine!!

I have an amazing week of growth and learning including a life changing Ayahuasca cereony and incredible synchronicity ever since...it is like the universe has suddenly agreed to interact intensly- ore thn ever before- with me and i am loving it!!

How about this as thought for the week which ifi remember rightly comes from the hawaiin Ho'opponopono tradition;

have you noticed that whenever there is a problem -you are present!!! wow think on that for a while!!

Hi all, sorry but it has been a while but i have been so busy and hindered by all that snow but it is all now back on track as the classes have restarted and I have worked hard on what i think is a really different and more professionally presented Creative Visualisation course which teaches a wide variety of deeper meditation techniques to give more power to the visualisations!AND the class is over subscribed which is a joy!!

I have also been inspired by Virus of the Mind which talks about 'memes' or thought viruses that continually infect and affect our mental programming- very very interesting and thought provoking!!

Zen Thought for the week: " what is the sound of one hand clapping?"

Ponder that one for a while!!

Sorry all but I know i am late again with my thought for the week but my laptop has crashed and so i am fightng for time with my son on the main computer!!!

I am reading the most wonderful and inspirational book called the Biology of Belief and it is how a cellular biologist realised th importance and relevance of his work in relation to the power of the mind etc an changed his own life!! BRILL book

Thought for the day- Fears only makes sense if you believe something outside of you is creating your reality!!!

....think about it : How unnecessarily difficult are you making your life and/or that of others? Life is meant to be simple....do you see/imagine problems when really there is just an option for a new choice? 

What would happen if you could trust in the Universe/God/Your higher self.

Interesting eh??? ...and very true especially if you can trust and 'get out of the way' I have found!!

Hi all. Much looked forward to half term rest has not turned out as i had hoped as work  and clients-particularly hypno clients- are piling up BUT I am very grateful and love it all really.

Well the new term has started and I am busy,busy, busy but not that I am complaining!!!

Hi all...not much to report at present as this is a quiet week before teaching recommences next week. Been attending lots of training courses, hypno/coaching clients and reading inspirational books Candace Pert 'Molecules of emotion' which explains scientifically the whole mind body connexion that I intuit so strongly!! Fab book.

Just about to get dates sorted for our get togethers to discuss all things metaphysical and mysterious so keep checking in for publication of these-all welcome

Hi all- just returned from an amazing 10 day completely silent meditation retreat feeling refreshed and re-invigorated. It was the toughest challenge i have ever faced physically, to sit in meditation pose for 12 hours a day but the feeling of achievement is extraordinary. It really is true...silence is golden!!

Well adieu mon amies, I am now off on a 10 day totally silent meditation retreat -a Vipissana course to lift the veil of reality (Buddhists see reality as a grand illusion). I am so excited and expecting big things from the Noble silence.

Well kids i have done it-crossed another challenge/ambition off the list and that was to firewalk AND i did it twice in fact (because my friend missed the picture-some friend eh?? LOL)...walked 20 foot across burning coals apparently reaching 1000 degrees. It was a really uplifting thing to do but must admit my feet were tingling all the way home from Reading!! 

Oh ok i forgot to tell you all. I and a few like minded friends are going to have an informal monthly get together- with a few tipples and nibbles no doubt- to discuss the wonders of the world, amazing synchronicities, co-incidences, metaphysical happenings, personal growth, fab new books, workshops etc or any wondeful thing that you would like to bring as an interesting subject- we may even have amazing group meditations too depending on who comes. Anyone is welcome to join us and if you are interested just join the mailing list on the home page or drop me an email and i will give you the details. No charge but may be asked to give a contribution if the host has provided aforementioned nibbles etc in large quantities!

Well the day has finally come for me to take the plunge into the mysterious world of fire walking and i must admit i am strangely excited and nervous. Leaving about 4pm and should have achieved another challenge in my life by around 9pm....last year i did a skydive as my challenge......already thinking about next years possible feat.......abseilling perhaps? mmmmmmmmmmmmm....wish me luck...i'll let you know how it went!! x

Hi all another week over and still the website isn't just how i would like it but i am slogging away amidst all my other committments!! Seems to be working though because i have already had a couple of new customers from it so yippee on that level!

Hot off the press-if you pardon the pun- I am going to do a firewalk next Saturday-you know walking over hot coals of 1700 degrees- mad??? maybe but someones got to do it!  Wish me luck!!!

Yippee!!!! Nearly finished.updating and redesigning my lovely website and very proud of it i am too..whoohooooo.
